2. What this site is

Tong Living publishes writing about Traditional Chinese Medicine and everyday self-care, including a blog, free downloads, and information about books written by Wenjing Zhao. Everything here is educational.

Books are sold by retailers such as Amazon, not by us. Your purchase is between you and that retailer, under their terms, and their returns policy applies.

3. This is not medical advice

This is the most important section on the page.

Nothing on this site, in the newsletter, or in any download is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is educational, and it is general. It cannot know anything about you.

4. What belongs to whom

The writing, images, downloads, logos and brand elements on this site belong to Tong Living and are protected by copyright.

You are welcome to download the free materials, print them, and use them yourself. You may quote short passages with credit and a link.

You may not republish substantial parts of the writing, sell any of it, use it to train a commercial model, or present it as your own.

5. Links to other places

The site links elsewhere, including to retailers and social platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
