What a session looks like

I listen
We start with a conversation about your energy, sleep, digestion, emotions, movement and exercise habits, the seasons you thrive in, and the foods that seem to help or don’t. I ask and listen carefully to the kinds of details most people have never been asked about before, until the whole picture begins to emerge. The more I know, the more specific I can be.
We identify your pattern
Together, we locate the TCM body pattern that best describes what your system is doing right now. Not as a label to carry, but as a map to work from. Once you can see the pattern, a lot of things that felt random start to make sense.
I explain the reasoning
Not just what your pattern is, but why your body has landed there, what it’s trying to do, and how that connects to what you’ve been feeling. This is often the moment when things begin to click, when the pattern suddenly explains a string of things that seemed unrelated. Understanding the reasoning is what lets you make better decisions on your own, long after the session ends.
You leave with specifics
Not a long list of rules. Not a protocol to follow perfectly. Just clear, well-aimed adjustments in food, movement, rest, or environment, chosen because they make sense for your body, your climate, and your life right now. Small enough to start immediately. Specific enough to actually work.


What Becomes Clearer

How do I book?

Are sessions available in languages other than English?
Sessions are available in English and Mandarin Chinese. If you'd prefer to speak in Mandarin, just mention it in the form.
Do I need to have read the book first?
No. Sessions are self-contained and suitable for anyone, whether or not you have prior knowledge of TCM. If you have read the book, the session can build naturally on that foundation, but reading it is not required.
Should I prepare anything before the session?
You do not need to prepare formally. You may want to take notes during the session; the aim is for you to leave with a clear framework you can use. If there is something specific you’re hoping to understand, you can mention it in the form.
Is this suitable if I have a serious health condition?
Yes, with an important caveat: these sessions are a complement to existing care, not a replacement for it.If you are managing a serious or urgent medical condition, please continue to work with your doctor or appropriate healthcare professional. What if I'm not sure a session is right for me?
